Ted
The breakfast here is fantastic with delicious coffee, fresh juices, and the staff is very friendly.

Lee
They offer exceptionally good, tasteful rooms with really comfortable bed and the shower, as for instance. The breakfast is good with fatty food and every taste, for instance, and the service is excellent.
-
Robert
We loved the rooms that were just like in the pictures and had a delightful breakfast with pastries, cakes, and fresh fruit.

The staff was very carefull. I could do the early check in and late checkout even with the hotel full.
The buffet in the lunch was not good and it was pretty expensive. I asked for a double room and stayed in a twin room.

Richard
The room here is exceptionally good, with a comfortable bed and pillows, and the breakfast offers a wide array of delicious food, all conveniently located near a metro station and urban park.

The location
The level of information available from front desk staff. They often gave us misinformation about the location of places and weren't even able to tell us where tourist information was - we found it by looking on the map. They also didn't have a map they could give us of the Centro area. It seemed that the only recommendations they gave us were for their friends restaurants and an overpriced private tour - no general information about other city tours. Very disappointing.

Rooms were clean. The buffet breakfast was excellent with lots of variety.
Room size was very small for a Superior Double Room. It was not enough for one person, and definitely not for two people. Also, total cost for one night of 978.20 r$ is not justified for the size of room, facilities, comfort and quality of service and location at the hotel. The support staff was not friendly.

Janet
The room here was really nice, had good Wifi, and a lovely big shower in the bathroom. I slept like a baby. 🛁 Breakfast was tasty and didn't break the bank.

This place offers well-furnished, spacious king rooms just like the pictures, with a great location close to restaurants, a metro station, and easy to get to.

It was well situated in an area easy to walk and near the Metro. People at the hotel were really helpfull.
I liked value for price, taking into account that Brazil is getting expensive. The quality of breakfast was a bit poor.

The check in staff was excellent. Clear English and attentiveness.
I cannot recommend this hotel. The high cost (400+R) did not meet the quality. The smallest room (maybe 13x10 ft) ever offered in any hotel I have stayed in Brazil. The "double" size bed was actually two twins pushed together. Leaving a valley gap in the middle. TV required two remotes to operate and had 250 channels - which only 20 were available for viewing. Hotel charged a 15% city tax. Most hotel only charge 5%. Why the extra 10%? There is no pool. No surrounding amenities.

Ricky
The rooms here are beautifully decorated and newly furnished with climate control, a safe box, and multi-channel television.

Margaret
Marvellous and satisfactory breakfast — a wide array of meals.
